A note from Alvaro

Throughout my life, I have been trying to define what motivates me and fills me with energy. Today, my purpose is represented by these three words: Learn, Share, and Grow. Years ago, I thought I had to do certain things or be in specific places to fulfill my purpose. Today, I believe that living in the present moment is what allows me to connect with my purpose. When I learn from people or from a good book, when I share with others and when I listen to them, I feel that my life is enjoyable, and ultimately, that I am growing as a human being.

To re-evaluate my purpose, I always ask myself: What am I doing every day to contribute to humanity? Is my behavior aligned with my principles and values? These questions also help me refocus and not lose sight of what is important to me. Time has also taught me that it is okay not to be clear about our purpose at times and to continue to refine or rethink it. It is also okay to lose our way sometimes. Life is not a straight line. Ups and downs are a normal part of it.
